Incoming 2.0 – Episode 1

Download Episode 1

Welcome to a brand new (ish) podcast.

Do you remember that I used to produce a weekly vidcast of the latest releases? Well, I miss talking about them, so I thought I’d start a new show, aimed precisely at talking about the new releases of the week.

This is episode 1, which looks at the new releases for w/e 15th April 2011.

I hope you enjoy the show.

The Drakon looks like a seahorse in an unimaginative pose, but not hideously ugly.
On the other hand i only saw a small picture of it.
    Another podcast! Informative and helpful.
Impressed with all the hard work you do.

Ok now i have seen a better picture of the Drakon. It is hideously ugly, the head looks like the top of a totem-pole, it has square beaver-teeth and it is very difficult to imagine how it flies or walks in that pose. The wings could use claws i think.
I still love the Dwarwes though:)

  5. Enjoyed this. Didn’t miss the pictures from the original format either.
Re the Drakon, yup, utter poo – worst figure in recent memory. πŸ™‚

    Keep ’em incoming! πŸ™‚

  6. Nice and sweet – not too long. Can’t find the Drakon online 0 must be pretty bad if google doesn’t like it.

nice show, http://www.ainsty-castings.co.uk/ incase anyone else was looking for it πŸ˜‰

  8. Enjoyed the show and the mix of periods / genres was fine – nice to hear the coverage of Anisty (esp as local to me) – more scenery pointers please.

Liked the short episode though around 20 mins would be fine and maybe easier to manage? You could miss out the last section – did not get a great deal from the Mantic / GW comments to be honest and pulls the show down slightly – some people will like the figures or rules no matter what is said.

As for the ‘Viking figure head’ draken – main issue for me is that they have no forearms just that long neck. If you add a small pair of arms on them they would be fantastic in my mind but as stands – not for me.

Thanks for the great tip about the LOTR card game best price on Aazon, was just about to order it somewhere else for a good Β£7.00 more.
