Hold the Line – Kickstarter project from Worthington Games

hold the line

I noticed this from a comment on TMP the other day.

Worthington Games are running a Kickstarter Project to launch a new edition of their board wargame Hold The Line, along with an expansion.

The game looks at fighting scenarios from the American War of Independence, plus the expansion looks at the French Indian War. The game look interesting, as although they use a dice-based rather than a card based activation system, they are very reminiscient of the Commands & Colours style wargame, of which I’m a big fan.

Secondly, the miniatures in the game are being supplied by the Plastic Soldier Company, so we know that they are going to be great quality.

At $119 for the two sets (including shipping in the US or Europe) it’s not a bad deal.

Think I noticed these (and certainly others) have stated they are “EU friendly” in relation to postage…what happens if we vote to leave the EU? Why arent politicians covering important items like this potential impact on our hobby…??!😏
