Free Entry to ‘Joy of Six’ show for ‘6mm sceptics’

As you may be aware, there is a certain show coming up in the very near future which is dedicated to smaller scale wargaming.

jos2016The Joy of Six show is being held in Sheffield on the 17th July 2016. As you may expect, this show is exclusively aimed at 6mm scale games and miniatures.

As you may be aware, I am a big fan of 6mm gaming (especially Napoleonics & Ancients) and will be helping out Per Broden as he puts on participation games of 6mm Saga (full details can be found on his blog).

Peter Berry, owner of Baccus 6mm, is always challenging gamers to cast aside potential prejudice of scale and come to 6mm with an open mind, and to this end he has thrown down the 6mm Sceptic challenge.

In short, he is offering free entry (usually £3.00) to anyone who declares themselves a ‘6mm Sceptic’. Not only that, but should you see the light during the day, and declare yourself ‘Reformed’ you could even get a discount on your first 6mm goodies.

What have you got to lose?

  1. Dammit – I am a 6mmophile and well known for it. How will I sneak in for free?
