Midlam Miniatures Wizard’s Apprentices

Midlam Miniatures is not a name I was previously familiar with, although it looks like the company have been running for a number of years and has a large catalogue of 28mm fantasy figures.

The company decided to dip its toe in the water of Kickstarter, and produced a project to fund six Apprentice Wizard models, with the modest funding goal of £600.

The project was launched on Wednesday, and the result may have surprised them a litte, as it funded in 3 hours and 48 hours later the project is over 400% over its initial goal. The number of available pledges is limited, so you might want to pop across and look at this soon if you want to join in – I suspect they risk running out of pledges long before the project end date on the 26th August.

Six young wizards for £12? – Surely a bargain, and perhaps a slightly left of field model choice for your Frostgrave warband…

…and talking of Frostgrave, I also spotted these on the Midlam website…

  1. Never heard of them, but those are some sweet minis. Thank you for the shout out.

  2. The winter folk are the old Metal Magic range; glad to see someone’s got them!
