Hobby Update – 3rd February 2021
Thanks to another quiet night in and one of my usual bouts of insomnia (I was applying a wash to these models at 2am this morning) I have managed to complete another group of five Goblin Archers. I think the lack of shield makes these a bit quicker to paint.

So far February has proven to be very productive – if I carry on at this rate I should get most of my army finished by the end of the month. No painting tonight though as I’m playing an RPG.
Well done Neil, more nice looking figures in this current wave of production!
Thanks John. Looking forward to seeing all these together. Should be a nice looking army once they are finished (but is an army ever truly finished?)
I have to notice you have turned into quite the painting machine, Neil. Very impressive
I am having a good start to the year 😀 Must admit that I am feeling well motivated at present and I am keen to get more armies table-ready for when we can finally get back to face-to-face gaming
Nice work. I too have found contrast paints to be very effective in speeding up my painting
What have you been painting with them?
Do you use them as directed, or do something different?
