Really liked this episode as I have all of Dr Sidebottom’s books. Last hour looks like it could provide perfect scenario material for a game of Song of Shadows and Dust from Ganesha Games.

I really enjoyed it too. I think the new format of the show works very well.
Tim, Very pleased to hear that you have all my books! Yes, Shadows and Dust would be good to game some of the action towards the end of the Last Hour. Neil suggested Open Combat for the earlier parts of the novel when it is one man against the world. Best wishes, Harry
I had not come across Dr S (don’t know why) and I thought this seemed an odd subject for M&M.
Turned out to be an excellent conversation and within an hour ‘Fire in the East’ and ‘Iron and Rust’ had inveigled themselves on to my reader. I feel that particular pleasure that comes when you find a good author with a long existing catalogue.
Very glad you enjoyed it Peter
Both myself and Mike W met Dr S at different Partisan shows this year, and after a few minutes chatting, we each independently thought that he would be a great guest.
Someone a bit different, but an altogether smashing bloke.
Peter, I very much hope that you enjoy the novels. Best wishes, Harry
